Andy McElroy
Solar and Storage Associate
Andy joins Ava’s Programs team as their first Solar & Storage Associate. Andy has 10 years of experience in designing, selling, and financing solar and storage systems in the residential space and is excited to bring that to bear in the growing CCA landscape. Most recently, Andy was the senior west coast business development manager at Sunlight Financial, managing and growing partnerships with Sunrun and other enterprise scale solar companies.
Andy has a BS in mechanical engineering and Masters in engineering management from Duke University. He first launched his career in aerospace before leaving for more grounded pursuits in renewables. Andy lives with his wife, two kids, and dog in Berkeley, CA..
