Kathryn Kumisca
Human Resources Generalist
Kathryn joined Ava as the Human Resources Generalist. She supports in a variety of areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, HR policies, and reporting. She is a true HR Generalist and has worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Prior to joining Ava, she lead the Human Resources Department at the San Francisco Conservation Corps.
