Kentaro Kawasaki
Human Resources Intern
Kentaro joined Ava’s Human Resources team in the summer of 2023. Kentaro will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources team with several projects including the development of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging initiatives, the research and implementation of a Human Resources Information System, and Learning and Development advances within Ava. Prior to joining Ava, Kentaro has worked in Human Resources teams abroad in his home country of Vietnam, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in several similar projects. At present, Kentaro is pursuing a Masters of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
