Ava Bike Electric Program Application

This program is available to Ava Community Energy customers or residents of Alameda County. Eligible participants may qualify for one (1) instant rebate per person, with a maximum of two (2) instant rebates per household. To be eligible for the program, you also must meet the following two requirements:
Address Information
Start typing your home address below, matching options will appear as you go. If your address is in an eligible area, you’ll be able to select it from the dropdown. Your city and ZIP code will fill in automatically, so you don’t need to enter them. If you live in a multifamily building, be sure to include your unit number.





💡 To redeem your instant rebate, you’ll need to show a photo ID and proof of address that match the information on this application. See Terms & Conditions at the end of the form for the full list of acceptable documents.
Each household is allowed to submit up to two applications. Each applicant must apply with their own email address and phone number. Applications submitted from the same household with the same email address or phone number will be flagged as duplicates and may lead to ineligibility.

Please do not use a ProtonMail email address. Our e-bike program email cannot send messages to ProtonMail, so you will miss important updates about your rebate drawing status if you use it on your application.


Alameda Municipal Residents ONLY
Please fill out your Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) account number. You can find your number in the top right corner of your AMP bill. Click here for more help on where this can be found.



After applying, you’ll receive an email from BikeElectric@AvaEnergy.org confirming your application eligibility. If eligible, this email will include the rebate amount you qualify for if selected in the next random drawing. If you’re enrolled in CARE, FERA, or AMP, ensure the email reflects the income-qualified rebate amount, or contact us for a manual review. Add this address to your email contacts to ensure you don’t miss important information! By applying, you agree to receive Bike Electric program emails.
