Pursuant to this Request for Offers (RFO), East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) is seeking offers from prospective Resource Adequacy suppliers to “ swap 2025 System RA (sell to EBCE) for 2024 System RA (buy from EBCE)” as further described herein: EBCE buys 2025 System RA and EBCE sells 2024 System RA in the form of a swap.
