2026-2030 Resource Adequacy Request for Offers

Ava Community Energy (Ava) is seeking bids from prospective suppliers to Sell System or Flex RA (Ava buys), Buy System or Flex RA (Ava sells), or Swap RA (Ava sells, respondent sells different months, tenor, or technology) as further described herein:

Product Description: 

• Ava buys July, August, and September 2026, monthly or as a strip
• Ava sells January 2026 through June 2026 and October 2026 through December 2026
• Ava buys 2028-2030
• Other non-conforming bids, offers, or swaps

Please respond with volumes and proposed pricing in the RA offer template (attached).

Contract 

Ava intends to execute purchases under a standard WSPP Agreement (attached) but may consider edits.

Submission of Offers
