RFP For Ava Community Energy Authority Creative Services including Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, and Exhibit Booth Design & Staffing

Ava Community Energy is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals (“Vendor”) to provide a variety of marketing support services including, but not limited to: Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, and Exhibit Booth Design & Staffing. The objective of this solicitation is to identify a pool of on-demand resources (which may be wholly within a firm or include multiple firms) that Ava can utilize as needed. Vendors can submit proposals for one or more sections of this solicitation.
