Berkeley’s Sun Day celebration will be a free, all-ages community gathering at Willard Park’s new LEED-certified clubhouse on September 21st. The event will make clean energy feel local, doable, and joyful by giving residents tangible ways to electrify their homes and lives while celebrating our city’s leadership in the transition. With local partners, hands-on activities, and practical resources, Sun Day will empower Berkeley neighbors to take meaningful climate action together. Ava will be tabling and providing electrification resources at this inaugural Sun Day event.

This year’s Harvest Festival (11:00am–3:00pm) will feature all the fun events and activities you’ve come to expect as well as several new ones! The Piedmont Education Foundation (PEF) Carnival will be in full swing, the main stage will be jumping with the Jazz Festival, the food trucks will be fired up alongside the new and improved Farmer’s Market. Returning as the heart of the event will be the Piedmont Edibles Contest! Ava will be tabling at this event and sharing information about our programs.

Come enjoy a full mile of fun along Solano Avenue in Albany and Berkeley, featuring live music, entertainment, food booths, local artists, crafters, and activities for the whole family. As the East Bay’s largest street festival, the Stroll attracts more than 100,000 visitors each year! This annual Signature Event celebrates growth, connection, and well-being in the Tracy community.
