Specifically, Ava is seeking a revolving credit facility agreement (the “Credit Facility”) with line(s) of credit up to $300 million of unsecured credit to support power procurement, issue letters of credit, meet cash collateral requirements, enable local development and programmatic investments by Ava, and other general working capital needs as may be needed.
