East Bay Community Energy (“EBCE”) is soliciting competitive proposals for the sale and purchase of renewable energy and energy storage up to EBCE’s program capacity allocations for both the Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff (“DAC-GT”) and Community Solar Green Tariff (“CSGT”) programs, consistent with the terms and provisions in this Request for Offers (“RFO”).”
