East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) is seeking competitive proposals from prospective consultants or firms to provide implementation and measurement and verification (M&V) services for a (1) Commercial Pay-For-Performance Energy Efficiency Program, and an (2) Additional Grid Services Program. Bidders may propose responses for one or both programs.
