Ava Community Energy is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide project delivery support for the development of its Customer Programs Strategy. The selected consultant will serve as an extension of the Ava project team, providing project management and coordination, strategic and analytical support, and other services as needed to support Ava staff in developing the final strategy.
