Forbes details EBCE’s partnership with BlocPower to launch a program that will electrify 60 low-to-moderate income single-family homes.

EBCE’s Vice President of Public Policy, Melissa Brandt, is interviewed as part of the San Diego Union Tribune’s coverage on keeping California’s high utility bills from getting even higher. Among others, Brandt proposes funding public purpose programs through state tax revenues instead of electic utility rates.
