Ava Community Energy (“Ava”) is soliciting competitive proposals (“Offers”) for the sale of renewable energy or paired renewable energy and energy storage up to Ava’s program capacity allocations for the Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff (“DAC-GT”) program, consistent with the terms and provisions in this Request for Offers (“RFO”). Note that Ava may, in program marketing materials, refer to DAC-GT as “Ava Solar Discount Program”.
This RFO supersedes and replaces the 2026 DAC-GT Request for Offers issued April 9, 2026. Offers submitted under the prior RFO will not remain active and must be resubmitted in accordance with this reissued RFO.
