Fremont advances green goals
The Fremont City Council voted unanimously to pass a motion to adopt a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Ava to install solar panels and battery storage systems at six of their municipal facilities. This is part of Fremont’s Climate Action Plan to provide clean energy and ensure backup power for the city during outages and emergencies.
