This initiative seeks to bridge the gap between education and employment, fostering a skilled workforce for the ongoing energy transition. This program is specifically designed to reach youth (ages 15–24) including recent high school graduates, college students, and young professionals.

Ava Community Energy is seeking proposals from qualified implementers or contractors to support Ava’s Local Development Programs to replace residential gas ranges and cooktops with all-electric induction technology, and to assist in air quality monitoring by installing and removing monitoring equipment. Generally, this solicitation requires implementers or contractors to provide residential building services to provide “electric-ready” home kitchens. EBCE has allocated $2 million dollars to initiate this program in 2023 and is planning to allocate an additional $4 million dollars over the next 2 years for a total of $6 million over 3 years.

EBCE seeks a firm that will partner with us to create a fresh, compelling brand identity that: increases customer engagement, positions us as a credible source of information in the clean energy ecosystem, is flexible enough to work across multiple applications and appeal to multiple audiences, and provides room for our continued growth and the evolution of our services. The high-level deliverables for this agreement are: brand name (naming ideation and testing), brand identity system, brand guidelines, updated creative assets, and website exploration.
